Longhorn Beef
Longhorns are the oldest British breed of cattle and the beef is now widely acknowledged as being of the finest quality.
Our cattle’s flavour is enhanced by their grazing on the picturesque banks of the River Tweed. The beef is hung for 3 weeks to mature and tenderise it, and it produces a truely outstanding flavour from all cuts.
Longhorn beef was the winner of Country Life magazine’s Best Steak competition and in Heston Blumenthal taste tests came out as the clear winner.
